After a long anticipated wait my family received our door order for our initial construction phase this week and we wanted you to know how overwhelmingly pleased we are for choosing to work with your company and how exceptionally beautiful your product is. We are building our dream home and it’s one that gets noticed by itself but the abundance of calls and messages we have received after installing the doors has been quite surprising. They all are relatively similar “OMG so worth the wait” or “Stunning” and we whole heartedly agree. 

I'm writing to express my pleasure not as just a happy consumer whom judges from esthetics but as a member of a 4th generation family wood business celebrating 70yrs in 2021, I'm not involved but have been around my whole life. My family services the highest of clientele, wealth and most expensive custom homes around the NJ shore/coastline area. The importance or relevance of that statement is to convey how impactful the responses from my family members are when they’ve made comments such as “these are the nicest doors we have ever seen” or "the quality of material selection and fit & finish are gorgeous". They are not judging by pure scale or cost as they have seen substantially larger and much grander but from the all around purest of quality and craftsmanship in every detail that has been put into your product. From the species, selection of graining pattern between flat and quarter sawn to compliment each other to the perfection in the mortising detail for the vault type hardware is as spot on as could be. We have seen many outrageous and over the top door products in our years and all too often the outstanding quality of the initial trade tends to get diminished as the multiple vendors/contractors/trades handling the different aspects of installation and finishing usually compromises the product at some point, as it only takes one to ruin an entire job! The fact that your product is fit and finished in house in a controlled environment by one entity and ready to install upon delivery yields a product unlike much we’ve seen in our years of experience and it shows, clearly. 

We live in a world full of platforms to express the slightest bit of valid or invalid displeasure and it doesn’t seem like many are afraid to do so anymore. Mediocrity when expecting professionalism is unacceptable and I felt it important enough to write you and your staff on what I consider exceptionalism. The quality of your product exemplifies the pride in the craftsmanship and the commitment to your clientele to deliver on expectations and provide outstanding and true professional results. We installed the custom Valencia this week to complete our remodel. It has completely transformed our entry and thus our home. It is our crown jewel and I have made an unhealthy obsession of gazing at it when passing in the hallway—even our new puppy has a new spot in front of it!  We used a highly regarded high-end builder (Dean Adams Custom Builder, LLC of Ocean City, NJ) to customize our entry for this door and install the behemoth. A note for your other new customers: I rarely review anyone or give feedback; I am a Forensic Chemist and study details for a living; I have learned quality in all aspects of material things and don’t give my recommendations unless I can trust continuity of quality. Of course it can be daunting to write a cheque for an appreciable sum upfront to an online merchant sight-unseen but I trusted my builder’s experience with you and was completely validated. The finish of the door was flawless; the design timeless. The lead time even during the height of the COVID pandemic was reasonable. I’ll be a repeat customer.
